I had a print of a painting of a Black(?) woman with a hibiscus in her hair?

I think it was in the Tate Gallery in London. The painting is a portrait with the subject looking straight ahead. It's mostly of her head and I think it seems to be floating in white space or at least it wasn't completed. The print that I lost has a red border around it.
