My hibiscus has long bare stems w/leaves and floweres at the tip. How should I prune? Floweres but looks leggy

it needs to be cut back. you could take it almost to the ground, the same way you would prune a rose. cut it back to a node (leaf bud) and most of the energy and new growth will be directed there first.





you dont need to worry too much about messing up. it will come back. just prune it down so it can start anew and not look so leggy.
