Are racoons attracted to or do they eat hibiscus plants?

if you have a bird feeder or if you feed your 'babiedog' outside, they will come to feed on the remains. hibiscus' don't attract the little varmints.

the saliva from raccoons will not paralyze your dog...however the raccoons could have rabies! be careful!

They don't bother the hibiscus. They don't paralyze small animals either. Keep the outside lights on and they won't be on the deck. They are nocturnal and do not like the light at all
Reply:My experience with raccoons is that they are attracted to any garbage can with or without garbage in it. I don't know about any specific plants but they will dig up your garden looking for grubs, or worms etc.
